摘　　要：非氨酯（ｆｅｌｂａｍａｔｅ）是新一代抗癫痫药，其化学结构与现有的其他抗癫痫药不同。它能减少癫痫发作的频率和提高发作阈值。非氨酯可单用，也可与其他抗癫痫药合用，尤其适用于其他抗癫痫药不能控制或不能耐受的难治性癫痫以及伴有Ｌｅｎｎｏｘ一Ｇａｓｔａｕｔ综合征的患者。当与其他抗癫痫药合用时应注意调整剂量。Felbamate is an antiepileptic of new generation with chemical structurediffering from other antiepileptics。It can be used clinically as monotherapy or combined withother antiepileptics,It is especially useful in treatment of epilepsies which are unresponse toor intolerable other antiepileptics and patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome。It interactedpharmacologically with other antiepileptics when coadministrated and its dosage should beappropriately adjusted。
