硬蜱性信息素的研究

摘  要:用气相色谱、X-射线微区分析、生物测定及电生理等方法,研究了硬蜱性信息素的成分、含量与吸血和交配的关系以及雄虫对性信息素的反应.硬蜱性信息素的主要成分为2,6-二氯酚.雌虫吸血后性信息素量明显增加,第3~5天达到高峰,交配后下降.雄虫哈氏器是感受性信息素的器官,其前窝感毛对2,6-二氯酚反应最灵敏,吸血7d时反应最强.The components of sex pheromone, the relationship between its release and bloodsucking of mating of ticks, and the response of male to it are studied by chromatography, X-ray microanalysis (X-RMA), bioassay and electrophysiological method. The main component of sex phero- mone is 2,6-dichlorophenol (DCP). After bloodsucking the content of DCP is increased distinctly, at 3rd to 5th day it reaches the highest(4.35 ng/tick in Dermacentor sinicus). After mating it is decreased, approached to that of unfed female. In the male the receptory organ of sex pheromone is Haller's organ, the sensillae in the anterior pit highly sensitive to DCP. At 7th day after bloodsucking the response of male is the highest.
