摘 要:目的探索深圳市龙岗区的危重新生儿转运模式与方法,降低新生儿死亡率。方法对我院转运的256例危重新生儿进行回顾性研究,并对我院新生儿转运系统(NETS)起动前后3年来龙岗区新生儿死亡率进行分析。结果本组病例转运单程多在10~60 km;往返时间一般0.5~2.0 h。转运成功率、转运途中病死率、转运病死率、总治愈率和病死率分别为98.4%、0%、1.6%、93.8%和5.1%。全区新生儿死亡率由2002年的10.54‰降低至2004年的4.84‰。结论在建立二级NICU基础上,建立NETS,配备专职训练有素的队伍采用地面双程转运方式进行新生儿转运,是适合本地区的危重新生儿转运模式。Objective To evaluate critical neonatal transport mode and method in Longgang district in Shenzhen, and to reduce mortality rate of newborn infants. Methods Clinical data of 256 critical newborns transferred to our hospital were studied retrospectively. Mortality rate of newborns in Longgang district before and after the establishment of neonatal transport system in our hospital was analyzed. Results One way distance of transportation was 10 - 60 km, and the round trip time was half to two hours. In 256 transferred newborns, 252 cases were transferred successfully(98. 4% ), 198 case were cured(93.8% ), 13 cases died(5. 1% )and no cases died on the way to hospital. The mortality rate of newborn infants in Longgang district decreased from 10. 54%o in 2000 to 4. 84%o in 2004. Conclusions With the support of NICU and professional staffs, NETS (newborns transport system) is suitable for the transportion of critical newborns in our district.
