摘　　要：科技力作为综合国力的重要构件,其研究具有重大意义。目前关于中国科技力的研究刚刚起步,许多相关问题尚待深入探讨。有关中国科技力研究的问题主要是:科技力内涵与体系、当代中国科技力水平与科技强国战略、国内国外科技强国战略的经验教训、科学发展观与中国科技强国战略。The power of science and technololgy is the main part of overall national power, and it＇s very important to study it. But now the study of Chinese power of science and technology is rather poor, and there are many problems to solve. These problems are as follows： the meaning and system of the power of science and technology, Chinese contemporary power of science and technology and the strategy of strengthening China through science and technology, the experience and lessons from the strategies of strengthening nations through sdence and technology, the .scientific development theory and the strategy of strengthening China through science and technology.
