聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性和安全性。方法根据宫颈糜烂程度、病理类型及病程长短将316例慢性宫颈炎患者分类,聚焦超声治疗后3月内随访,分析其有效性和安全性。结果轻度糜烂总有效率为100%,中度糜烂总有效率为97.56%,重度糜烂总有效率为93.18%(305),总治愈率为74.05%(234);3种不同分型的总有效率没有显著差异(P>0.05),而治愈率则与糜烂程度、病理类型以及不同病程显著相关(P<0.05);无严重不良并发症。结论聚焦超声用于治疗慢性宫颈炎有效和安全,是一种值得推广的新方法。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and its safety of the focused uhrasound for chronic cervicitis. Methods According to degree of cervical erosion, pathological type and course of disease, 316 patients with chronic cervicitis were classified and divided into three groups, The patients were followed-up and the efficacy and safety of the focused ultrasound were evaluated within 3 months after the treatment, Results The total effective rate for mild cervical erosion was 100% that for moderate cervical erosion was 92.56% and that for severe cervical erosion was 93.18%. Tile total curative rate was 74.05%. There were no significant difference in total effective rate for three different types, while the total curative rate was correlated to the severity of erosion, pathological type and varied course of disease sigificantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, There were no severe complications and sequlae, Conculion The focused ultrasound therapy is a safe and effective method for treatment of chronic cervieitis and is worthy to be popnlarized.
