摘　　要：目的：探讨多普勒引导痔动脉结扎（DGHAL）治疗痔的临床效果。方法：2005年4～8月使用DGHAL治疗痔患者22例，观察治疗效果，不良反应和并发症。结果：21例症状消失，1例明显好转。结论：该方法创伤小，疼痛轻，恢复快。但远期效果需进一步观察。Objective：Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation （HAL） is a new approach for treating hemorrhoids. This study was an experiment to attempt to determine the effectiveness of the HAL. Methods： From April 2005 to August 2005, we performed Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation in 22 patients with hemorrhoids. We recorded the curative effects, adverse reactions, and complications. Results： The clinical symptoms of 21 patients disappeared and one was alleviated distinctly. Conclusion：The method is in accordance with the requirements of minimally invasive surgery, with less pain and rapid return to normal activity. Further studies are needed to determine the long-term effectiveness.
