痔血胶囊治疗内痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔血胶囊治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法:对符合Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔诊断标准的261例患者采用痔血胶囊口服,一次2粒,一日2次,7d为一疗程。结果:Ⅰ期内痔的治愈率34.2%,总有效率86.5%;Ⅱ期内痔的治愈率9.3%,总有效率84.0%。不良反应为腹痛(2例)。结论:痔血胶囊是治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔安全、有效的药物。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Zhixue capsule in the treatment of Ⅰ , Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids and to investigate the factors which influence the efficacy. Methods：A total of 261 patients with Ⅰ or Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids were given zhixue capsule： 2 capsules, twice a day for 7 days. Resuits：The curative rate and total efficacious rate was 34.2%, 86.5% respectively for Ⅰ degree internal hemorrhoids, and 9.3%, 84.0% respectively for Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids. Bellyache occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion：Zhixue capsule is a safe and effective medicine in the treatment of Ⅰ , Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids
