间苯三酚在产程中的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚对正常产程的影响。方法将正常待产妇100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,于宫口开3cm时对观察组产妇静脉应用间苯三酚80 mg,对照组不给药;观察2组产妇的产程进展速度、胎心变化情况、产妇疼痛程度。结果间苯三酚可明显缩短产程、减轻产妇疼痛程度,而对胎心变化无影响。结论间苯三酚可用于正常待产妇的产程中加速产程进展、减轻产妇痛苦。AIM To evaluate the effects of phloroglucinol on the duration of labor. METHODS When cervix dilation up to 3 cm primigravidae received 80 mg of phloroglucinol injection. The difference of 2 group primlgravidae on duration of labor,the change of fetal＇ s heart beating and the degree of pain primigravidae felt were watched. RESULTS Phloroglucinol can shorten the duration of labor observably lighten the degree of pain primigravidae felt and had no influence on the change of fetal＇ s heart beating. CONCLUSION Phloroglucinol can use in delivery to shorten the duration of labor and lighten the degree of pain.
