摘  要:目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者手术前、后脑电频谱变化。方法:54例OSAHS患者经多导睡眠监测(PSG)确诊、计算C3/A2导联脑电图的边缘频率(SEF)、中心频率(MPF)及α、β、δ、θ指数变化,并比较手术前、后上述指标的变化。结果:手术治疗可以改善OSAHS患者睡眠结构。增加慢波睡眠比例。SEF在睡眠各期均较术前下降,MPF在睡眠Ⅳ期平均值下降,α、β指数均下降,δ、θ指数上升。结论:手术治疗对脑电频谱存在显著的影响,能使各期睡眠的频率趋向减慢,是睡眠质量改善的重要标志。Objective: To study the peri-uvulopalatopharngoplasty (UPPP) effects on EEG spectral power changes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Method: Fifty-four cases were included. The diagnosis was made by polysomnography (PSG). C3/A2 was analyzed by using fast Fourier transform (FFT). Spectral edge frequency (SEF), median power frequency (MPF). αindex, βindex, δindex and θindex were compared with those peri-UPPP treatment. Result,Sleep architecture was improved after UPPP. The ratio of slow wave sleep increased. A decrease of mean SEF in total sleep period. The mean MPF was decreased during stage Ⅳ. αindex and βindex were decreased, δindex and θindex were increased after the therapy. Conclusion: The UPPP therapy has an acute effect in improving the sleep architecture and EEG power spectrum. These changes may be related to the recovery of cerebral function in patients with OSAHS.
