36例鼻息肉病的综合治疗及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻息肉病综合治疗后的远期疗效。方法:对36例鼻息肉病患者,手术前应用抗生素1周,全身应用糖皮质激素3d,然后行鼻内镜手术,术后全身应用糖皮质激素5d,鼻腔局部应用糖皮质激素6个月,并在内镜下进行定期观察,随访时间3年以上。结果:36例患者综合治疗后症状都得到明显改善,其中鼻通气改善最为明显,达100%;头痛次之,达95%;嗅觉障碍恢复较差。感冒或局部停用激素后易致息肉复发。结论:对鼻息肉患者采取综合治疗能够有效地控制鼻息肉病的症状。Objective：To observe the long term effect of composite therapy on patients with nasal polypsis. Method：All 36 cases with nasal polypsis accepted antibiotic for a week and systemic corticosteroids for 3 days before operation ,then underwent ESS. Systemic corticosteroids were used for 5 days and topic corticosteroids for 6 months after operation, then they were followed up by endoscopy for more than 3 years. Result： The symptoms were significantly improved after composite therapy. The effective rates of ventilation and headache were respectively 100% and 95% ,the improvement of dysosmia is relatively poor. Catch cold and no use of topic corticosteroids can lead recurrence of nasal polyposis. Conclusion：Composite therapy is effective in the treatment of nasal polyposis. Using antibiotic for a week and systemic corticosteroids for 3 days before operation, making use of systemic corticosteroids for 5 days and topic corticosteroids for 6 months after operation , and a reasonable regular following-up by endoscopy , a suitable and prompt postoperative treatment are indispensable to improve the effect of treatment.
