超声心动图对风湿性二尖瓣狭窄左室心肌质量及收缩功能的评价

摘　　要：目的应用经胸超声心动图评价风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者的左室心肌质量和收缩功能状况。方法应用Philips HP-Sonos5500、7500型彩超仪检测40例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者的左室心肌质量、左室收缩功能及左室大小,各测值均与年龄相匹配的20例正常人对照。结果二尖瓣狭窄患者的左室舒张末期径(LVD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左室心肌质量、左室心肌质量指数及左室收缩功能(EF、FS、SV、CO)各测值明显小于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论二尖瓣狭窄患者的左室心肌质量、左室心肌质量指数比正常人减轻;左室收缩功能小于正常对照组,但大部分仍可保持正常。Objective To study the left ventricular mass （LVM） and left ventricular systolic function （LVSF） in patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis （MS） using transthoracic echocardiography. Methods The LVM, LVSF, systolic diameter and end-diasolic diameter （LVD） in 40 patients with mitral stenosis were examined echocardiographically using Philips Sonos 5500 and 7500 echocardiography imaging system, and compared with age- matched 20 healthy volunteers. Results There were significant differences in LVD, interventricular septal thickness （IVST）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPWT）, LVM, left ventricular mass index （LVMI） and LVSF between patients with MS and normal control subjects （P〈0.01） .Conclusions The LVM, LVMI and LVSF in patients with MS were significantly smaller than those in the normal control subjects, but the LVSF in most patients was normal.
