摘 要:目的研究Q-开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗皮肤色素疾病的物理机制,为改进其治疗方法提供理论和实验依据方法以不同能量密度Q-开关Nd∶YAG激光照射离体、祛毛的豚鼠皮肤,用冲击波和声波传感器配合数字存储示波器同步记录脉冲激光作用瞬间产生的冲击波和声波信号,用微型计算机对信号数据作进一步处理和分析结果获得了清晰的冲击波和声波信号波形图,信号幅度与单脉冲激光能量密度呈正相关关系。结论激光烧蚀效应和冲击波在Q-开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗皮肤色素疾病中起重要作用;声波信号对于在激光照射治疗过程中实时控制激光的能量密度具有实际参考意义。Objective To study physical mechanisms of Q-switched laser therapy on skin pigmenled lesions and offer theoretical and experimental basis for improving the treatment method. Methods Several skin pieces of guinea pig with hair plucked were irradiated by Q-switched Nd : YAG laser with different energy intensity respectively. Momentary signals of shock wave and acoustic wave generated by pulse laser on skin pieces were detected isochronously with sensors connected to a multi-channel digital oscilloscope. The signal data were analyzed with a personal computer. Results Vivid signal curves of shock waves and acoustic waves were obtained in the experiment. The amplitudes of the signals presented the positive correlation with the energy intensity of the single pulse laser. Conclusions The ablation effect and the shock wave play important rules in the Q-switched laser therapy on skin pigmented lesions. The acoustic wave signals have practical meanings of consulting to laser energy intensity of real-time control in the course of laser irradiation.
