摘  要:目的观察不同功率的低强度He-Ne激光对正常人体红细胞流变学特性的影响。方法以正常人体红细胞为研究对象,测量了低强度He-Ne激光在不同照射时间(20、40、60、80和120min)、不同功率条件(2、4、6和8mW)下红细胞的变形、取向、膜流动性、膜的微黏度和渗透脆性的变化情况。结果照射后红细胞的变形性和膜流动性增强、渗透脆性下降。照射对红细胞流变学特性影响显著。结论激光照射功率密度为2·55mW/cm2,照射时间120min、照射血样为2ml时取得的照射效果最佳。Objective To study the rheological characteristics of erythrocytes irradiated by low-power He-Ne laser. Methods We measured some parameters of the rheological characteristics of erythmcytes irradiated with different doses of energy, such as deformability index, microviscosity, membrane fluidity, osmotic fragility,et al. Results After irradiation, the deformability index and the membrane fluidity of the erythrecytes were increased, however osmotic fragility was decreased. Our study indicated that the low-power He-Ne laser irradiation had statistically evident effects on the rheological characteristics of human red blood cells. Conclusions As for human normal erythrocytes, the optical effective condition of laser irradiation on erythrocytes obtained is 2. 55 mW/cm^2 ,120 min in 2 ml of blood sample.
