摘　　要：通过对比精铸热锻模具与机加工热锻模具工艺过程,分析了精铸热锻模的工艺优势,评价了铸钢的性能优势,对精铸热锻模国内外应用现状进行了综述。结果表明热锻模具的精铸是一项极具发展前景的模具制造技术,指出了精铸热锻模应用中存在的问题,并提出了建议。The advantages of hot-forging die in precision casting were analyzed by comparing with ones in traditional machining method.The performant superiority of cast steel was evaluated.The application status of hot-forging die in precision casting was surveyed,showing wide prospect in die manufacturing.Some problems in application of hot-forging die in precision casting and countermeasures were approached.
