摘 要:美姑河牛牛坝电站库区的尔马洛西沟沿尔马洛西断裂带发育,沿沟两岸滑坡崩塌体较多。在现场勘察调查的基础上,对尔马洛西沟泥石流的形成条件和流体的动力学特征作了比较详细的分析,得出其泥石流形成条件充分,但其规模为中等;对其泥石流的发展趋势和危险性给出了科学的预测和评价。而且根据对岷江上游和云南小江堵河型泥石流沟的分析总结,得出泥石流堵河的经验判别式,从而判断尔马洛西沟为部分堵型泥石流沟。研究成果为牛牛坝水电站建设中的泥石流防治工程提供了可靠的设计依据。The Ermaluoxi gully of the reservoir zone o river develops along the Ermaluoxi fractures, the lands the gully. Based on the survey of the debris flow site, f the lides Niuniuba hydropower station on Meigu and fallings are widely distributed along paper analyses the debris flow formation conditions and liquid dynamics features of the Ermaluoxi gully and educed that the formation conditions are sufficient and the scale is medium. The authors also make a scientific prediction for the trend of the debris flow activities and estimates the hazards situations. Based on analyses and summarization of the blocking river debris flow gully of the Minjiang river and the Xiaojiang river in Yunnan, the paper educes the experiential discriminant of the debris flow blocking the main river and assesses the hazards level of the debris flow blocking the Meigu river. These research results provide an important suggestion for debris flow control work in order to guarantee the safety of the Niuniuba hydropower station.
