摘　　要：运用自动控制原理，系统地阐述了应用于乳化炸药各组分流量 配比计量的智能流量积算仪。该仪器采用以８０３１单片机为核心的硬件结 构，它具有自诊断、数字滤波和非线性补偿等功能。文中还对其软件的模 块结构原理和功能作了介绍。Along with the automatic control principle,the author makes a systematic introduction to the intelligent flowrate integrating instrument used to meter a constituent flowrate proportioning of emulsion explosive. This instrument uses the hardware structure taking 8031 chip-microprocessor as a main. It has functions of self-diagnosis,digital filtering and non-linear compensation etc. In addition, the principle and functions of modular structure of its software are described.
