摘  要:在分析冲击压路机的工作原理、动力有限元模拟分析原理及冲击荷载特征的基础上,以118工程进场道路高填路基冲击压实工程为例,用瞬态动力学方法对路基冲压过程进行数值模拟分析,得出了一些有益的结论。冲压处理有效加固深度可达1.2~1.8m,可加速填土的固结变形,减小路堤的工后期沉降,提高路基承载力、稳定性和均匀性,说明冲压是一种高效率解决高填路基沉降稳定的有效方法。The operating principle of the impulsive road miler and the finite element simulation principle of dynamic force and the characteristic of impact load are analyzed.The fill roadbeds of the 118 project are taken as an examples, and the process of impulsion is imitated by the methods of transient dynamics. Some conclusions are obtained and will be helpful to the construction of roadbed impulsive compaction.The improvement depth may be up to 1.2~1.8m.Through the impulsive compaction, it is possible to speed up the consoliclarion deformation of the falling and decrease the settlement of road bank, and improve the bearing capacity and the stability and the uniformity. The impulsive compaction technique is a high efficiency method to solve the settlement of high fill roadbed.
