摘　　要：ParlayAPI是一种最著名的、开放的网编程接口,它规范定义了大量接口,电信业务开发商可以使用这些接口进行业务开发。文章介绍了利用JAVA和CORBA技术开发基于Parlay/OSAAPI的电信增值业务的仿真,并具体讲解仿真中开发的呼叫路由服务应用例子。Parlay API is the most famous and open programmable method for NGN, it defines lots of programmable interfaces. Developers can use these interfaces to developed applications of telecommunication. This paper talks about how to simulate environment of telecommunication and how to develop services based on Parlay/OSA API using JAVA and CORBA. It provides an example simulating call routing application and analyses it concretely.
