摘　　要：大应力扭摆式金属材料阻尼性能测试智能仪是研究高阻尼合金的一项重要测试设备。过去我国还没有这种仪器，国外也没有定型产品。本文作者从测试机理、传感器、单自由摆力学模型、干扰源及其抑制、智能技术等方面进行论述和探索。The large stress twisting intelligent instrument to measure the damping property of metal material is an important testing equipment for researching the high-damping alloy.Up till now it hasn't been produced in our country, and hasn't been finalized abroad either. In this paper, the writers have explored some questions of measuring mechanism, probe, mechanical model of single-free swing, interference and how to restrain it,intelligent technique. For this reason, the idea of designing the whole instrument and the key of technology in each link have been expounded.
