摘  要:目的比较美托洛尔和雷米普利对大鼠性心肌梗死后左室重构和血浆脑钠素水平(BNP)的影响及其发生时间。方法建立大鼠心肌梗死模型,应用美托洛尔和雷米普利治疗,分别观察1和4周,测定血浆BNP水平和心室重构指标(相对心室重量、左房直径、左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径)。结果在急性实验中,与模型对照组相比,美托洛尔未能发送左室重构,但显著地降低了血浆BN(PP<0.05);与美托洛尔相比,雷米普利不仅进一步降低了血浆BNP水平(P<0.01),并且显著改善了心室重构。在慢性实验中,与模型组相比,美托洛尔和雷米普利均显著改善了心室重构并降低了血浆BNP水平(P<0.01),两组间无统计学差异。结论美托洛尔和雷米普利治疗1和4周均可降低心肌梗死大鼠BNP水平,在雷米普利治疗1和4周均可显著改善心肌梗死大鼠心室重构,而美托洛尔仅在4周时改善了心室重构。[Objective] To investigate how and when metoprolol and ramipril influence the cardiac remodeling and plasma BNP in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rat. [Methods] AMI rats were administrated with metoprelol and ramipril after the operation for 1 or 4 weeks repeetively. Index of cardiac remodeling (RVW, RLVW, RRVW, LAD, LVESd, LVEDd) and plasma BNP were determined. [Results] In acute expfiment, compared with the control group, metoprolol didn't improve the index of cardiac remodeling, but it significantly limited the level of plasma BNP (P 〈0.05); compared with metoprolol, ramipril significantly improve the index of cardiac remodeling and limited the level of plasma BNP (P 〈0.01); in chronic experiment, compared with the control group, both metoprelol and ramipril significandy improve the index of cardiac remodeling and limited the level of plasma BNP (P 〈0.01); there was no significant difference between the two treatment groups. [Coneluslons] Metoprelol and ramipril can limit the level of plasma BNP in AMI rat. After 1 or 4 weeks treatment, ramipril can prove the AMI rats cardiac remodeling definitely. But metoprolol can only improve the cardiac remodeling after 4 weeks treatment.
