鼻咽窝动静脉内瘘的体会

摘　　要：本文报道我院自1992年以来施行鼻咽窝动静脉内瘘术12例，根据桡动脉、头静脉行程呈投影交叉走向，选择吻合口在交叉中点，端侧吻合，吻合口直径恒定在0、1cm，显微外科技术操作，确保吻合口通畅，头静脉血流量恒定在250～300ml／min。本文对鼻咽窝动静脉内瘘用于血液透析的优越性和手术操作技巧进行讨论。It is reported that arterio - venous fistula established at the snuff fossa of hand has been used for hemodialysis in 12 cases of chronic renal failure since 1992 in our hospital. Based on relationship between atteria radialis and vena cephalica in route and projection at cross, the anastomotic mouth was at the cross and two lines met at right angles at end to side made with microsurgery. The diameter of anastomotic mouth was 0. 1 cm so as to guarantee anastomoticmouth to be clear and identical. The maximum blood volume was 350ml/min. The advantage and operating skill of this fisturawere discussed.
