摘　　要：简单介绍了C8051F系列单片机指令速度快,可进行在系统仿真调试的特点,重点对如何用超微型单片机C8051F303对数字锁相式频率合成器ADF4113进行实时控制和监测进行了研究,给出了具体的硬件结构和软件设计方案。方案结构简单紧凑,频率变换快速灵活,可完成稳定的点频输出和扫频功能。This paper briefly introduces the characters of the C8051F family MCU, such as swift performance, debugging on system and so on. It mainly studies how to use C8051F303 to control and observe the digital phase - locked loop frequency synthesizer ADF4113,and presents the particulars of the hardware structure and the software design. The scheme has simple structure and agile frequency tansform,it can get stable frequency and frequency sweep.
