摘　　要：性能管理是网络管理的重要组成部分。通过性能管理可帮助网络管理者减少网络中过分拥挤和不可通行的现象,从而为用户提供一个水平稳定的服务。性能管理还可以监控网络设备和连接的情况。首先简单介绍了SNMP和网络管理的相关内容,然后主要介绍了基于SNMP的网络性能管理系统的设计与实现,并详细论述了如何利用SNMP协议对路由器上的MIB数据库数据进行采集。该系统采用Java语言实现,具有良好的可移植性。Performanee management is the important part of network management. Through the management of performance,it can reduce to hustle excessively in the network and not passable phenomenon, provide a service that the level stabilize for the customer thus. After the brief introdution of SNMP protoeoland network management, then mainly presents an introduction to the design and realization of the design and implement on network performance management system based on SNMP. It also discusses in details the data collection from the MIB database through SNMP. Realized through JAVA language,the system bears good transplantilibility.
