摘　　要：本文报道用心阻抗微分图检测60岁以上老年人左心功能结果,反映老年正常人左心功能生理性减退的特点;同时检测老年肺心病患者左心功能各项指标,反映肺心病左心功能受累除与衰老有关外,主要随病情恶化而加重。This paper reported the measured results of the impedence rheocardiogram on the left cardiac functions in the elderly over sixly years old. The results showed the physiological decrsease ten- dency on the left cardiac functions in the eldoly in health. Simuianeously, the varions parameters on the left cardiac functions in the elderly with pulmonary heart diseast (PHD) could be seen from the results. The Parameters implied that the involrement of the left cardiac functions was related to the situation of the patients, but mainly to the illness itselt. That is, it became serions while the illness got deteriorative.
