摘　　要：对冷拔不锈钢管进行草化处理的目的,是为了在不锈钢管表面上生成一层与基体附着力强、由硫化物和草酸盐组成的草化膜,该膜是冷塑性加工的润滑载体。介绍了草化基本原理和所研制的CL-3518型草化剂,草化工艺的基本技术参数,以及影响草化质量的因素。The oxalic acidation of the cold drawn stainless steel tubes is to form a film on the surface of the stainless steel tubes, which is the oxalic acidated film with strong adhesion consisted ofsulfite andoxalate and is the lubrication carrier in cold processing. The essential oxalic acidation principle, the developedCL-3518 oxalic acidating agent, the basic parameters of the oxalic acidatiing process and the factors affecting the oxalic acidation quality are described.
