摘  要:用有机氟化物对无机纳米材料进行表面改性,探讨了二者的相容性,并将改性后的纳米材料配成整理液应用于棉、涤织物的功能整理.结果表明:有机氟化物和纳米材料具有协同增效作用,改性后的纳米材料较单一的纳米材料和有机氟在功能上均有显著提高,经过20g/L有机氟化物改性后的纳米材料整理过的织物防水性为100分,防油性达150分,防污性达4级,而且具有一定的防紫外效果,对织物手感也无明显影响.A mineral nm material was surface-modified with org. fluoride. The compatibility between these 2 compounds was studied. The modified nm material was used for the functional finishing of cotton and T/C fabrics. The results showed that the org. fluoride and nm material resulted in synergic effect, the modified nm material with 20 g/L org-fluoride yielded remarkably improved functions as compared to the single nm material or single fluoride, and the fabrics that were treated with the nm material modified with 20 g/L org. fluoride showed water-proofing of 100, oil-proofing of 150, soil-proofing of grade 4, a certain degree of anti-uv effect, and the hand-feel not obviously affected.
