摘  要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板梯度凝胶电泳的方法,对寄生于黄牛和水牛的毛状肉孢子虫进行同工酶比较研究,探讨肉孢子虫的宿主特异性。结果表明黄牛与水牛的毛状肉孢子虫同工酶与工酶谱非常相似,只在活性上略有差异,酶谱存在不同程度的种间差异可作为黄牛与水牛的毛状肉孢子虫同工酶的遗传鉴定标记。从分子水平证明黄牛和水牛都是毛状肉孢子虫自然中间宿主。This research concerns about the isozymes analysis of parasitic sarcocystis hirsuta from water buffalo and cattle by means of isoelectric focusing electrophoresis to explore the host specificity of sarcocystis species. Different enzymes were extracted from each of samples. All isolates of S. hirsuta from infected water buffalo and cattle showed identical enzyme profiles. The data support the hypothesis that both water buffalo and cattle are natural intermediate hosts of S. hirsuta at the level of gene, since isozyme is the biochemical phenotype of gene.
