岩棉负载TiO_2光催化脱色性能研究

摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,岩棉为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载型TiO2.利用该负载型TiO2对罗丹明B(RB)进行光催化脱色实验,结果表明:催化剂焙烧温度为450℃,浸渍1次的负载型TiO2光催化活性较好;对10 L浓度为2.5 mgL-1的RB溶液,当流速为10 L/h,脱色率为95.8%,流速为50 L/h时,脱色率为72.3%;对实际染料废水具有良好的脱色效果.负载型TiO2寿命长,可重复使用.Preparation of TiO2 photocatalyst attached to the rock wool surface is studied by sol-gel technique using tetrabutyl titanate as starting material, and the photocatalytic decolouration of Rhodamine B is investigated. The results show that photocatalyst the calcined at 450℃ and impregnated one time is better than other conditions. Decolouration rates of the solution concentration of 2. 5 mgL^-1 are 95.8% and 72.3% when flow rate is 10 L/h and 50 L/h respectively. Decolouration efficiency of waste dye water is high and life time of the photocatalyst is long. For example, the photoactivity of the catalyst is still well kept after 15 hours, and can be reused.
