摘  要:通过电导率测定、保护性酶活性及MDA含量的检测研究植物生长延缓剂(PP333)提高小麦幼苗抗低温能力的机理.结果表明,用PP333浸种后培养8 d的幼苗,经(3±0.5)℃低温胁迫后,能有效地降低相对电导率,维持较高的SOD活性,提高POD,CAT活性,减缓MDA的积累.同时,PP333处理可延缓幼苗生长,使幼苗生长健壮.The effect of PP333 on the resistance of wheat seedlings to chilling injury was investigated. It was found that wheat seedlings soaking with PP333 caused remarkable of electrolyte leakage during chilling ( 3 ± 0. 5 ) ℃ treatment. In the mean time, the increase of the activity of superoxide dismutase was faster and the content of malondialdehyde was lower in treated seedlings than the control, and the activities of peroxidase and catalase activity was also increased, PP333 can make wheat seedlings grow lowly and strongly.
