高压氧治疗中有关加压速度的应用探讨

摘　　要：本文就高压氧治疗中应用两种不同的最小加压速度进行了观察研究。结果表明，不论开始加压在哪一档，加压速度快者。发生耳部不适症状者均多于加压速度缓慢者。甲组与乙组的加压速度相比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。证实了按甲组速率方法加压，发生耳痛等不适证状者极少。因此是比较合适的加压速度。The author conducted an observatoin and study by using two different least pressure speed in hyperbaric oxygen therapy,The result indicated: no matter which gears the pressure started,more ear upset happened with the high speed's than the low peed's.There was a obvious difference of two groups(P<0.01).Acording to the speed rate of the first group.it has few of symptoms of ear upset or earache,so it is a more suitable pressure speed.
