陆地棉花粉管通道形成时期的研究

摘　　要：用石蜡切片法观察陆地棉的花粉管生长、受精和受精卵分裂过程及花粉管通道形成时期。结果表明：①授粉后15h花粉管通过珠孔进入胚囊；②授粉后18～21h，精子和卵细胞开始融合，24h后形成一个核仁的受精卵；③授粉后48h，始见胚分裂；授粉后72h，早期胚形成；④应用花粉管通道法对棉花导入外源DNA的适宜时期为授粉后18～48h。The growth process of pollen tubes and the formation date of pollen tube pathway of upland cotton were observed by using paraffin methods under microscope. Within 15 hours after pollination, the pollen tubes ran through the micropyle to the embryo sac. The egg cell was fertilized in 24 hours after pollination. The first division of zygote appeared in 48 hours after pollination. The pollen tube pathway observation showed that the suitable time for introducing exogenous DNA was 18 hours to 48 hours after pollination.
