国产与国外高品级金刚石性能对比实验

摘　　要：本文对十三个国产与国外中档及中高品级人造金刚石样品的性能进行了全面的对比,以了解目前国产金刚石对于国外高品级金刚石性能的差距。对比指标除TI,TTI,SFS值外,还采用D iashape金刚石形貌电脑检测系统和X-射线衍射-荧光谱仪分别对样品的晶形、透明度、纯净度、颜色和杂质相对含量等指标进行检测,最后将这些金刚石制成相同规格锯片做切割试验对比国产与国外金刚石的实际使用效果。分析和对比上述检测指标的关系及锯切试验结果表明,中等粒度(40/50)国产金刚石的综合性能已达到国外中高品级金刚石水平,较粗粒度(35/40)国产金刚石的综合性能则接近于国外中档品级产品的水平。Thirteen China-made and imported advanced synthetic diamond erystals were compared in this paper in order to find out the disparities between them. Comparisons included not only TI, TTI, SFS, but also crystal form, transparency ,purity, color and relative impurity detected by DIASHAPE image analyzing system. Finally, eight saw blades of the same specifications impregnated different diamond crystals were made so as to compare diamond applicative effectiveness. Based on the analysis and contrasts of testing and sawing test results, we can conclude that the combination properties of China-made diamond crystals of medium grain size（40/50 mesh） have reached to that of the imported medium and high grade crystals, while for the coarse grain size （35/40 mesh） diamond crystals＇ their general properties are close to that of the imported medium grade crystals.
