摘 要:以白湿皮为原材料,复鞣剂种类(聚氨酯、荆树皮栲胶)及用量为影响因素,对皮革复鞣工艺的控制机理进行研究。通过测定复鞣革的各种感官特性参数(压缩功Wc、压缩因子Kc、顶伸功Wl、顶伸系数Kl),确定不同种类复鞣剂的最佳用量,总结出复鞣剂用量对皮革复鞣工艺控制的影响规律。结果表明:聚氨酯复鞣剂与荆树皮栲胶复鞣剂的最佳用量为4%左右,此结果与理论用量吻合性良好。因此,采用感官特性参数对复鞣工艺过程进行控制切实可行。The mechanism of retanning process was studied with the wet whites as raw materials. Two retanning agents ( Levotan C-C, Mimosa ME) and different dosage grads were chosen as the influence factors in conventional retanning process.Several leather characteristic parameters (compression work, compression index, lastometer work, lastometer index) weremeasured. The best dosages of the two retanning agents and the influence of different retanning dosage grads on the retanning process were comfirmed. It shows that the best dosages of ammonia resin and mimosa retanning agents are 2 % -4 % and about 4 % respectively which are just in accordance with the theory value. So it is feasible to control retanning process by measuring several leather characteristic parameters.
