摘 要:农药与肥料在农业上的大量应用加重了土壤生态环境的污染,反季节龙眼产期调控剂氯酸钾本身也是一种具有毒性的强氧化剂,在室外和室内两种环境条件下研究了其残留毒性对龙眼果园土壤微生物的影响。结果表明,在野外龙眼果园里,施用生产上应用的氯酸钾剂量下,经过一个月的淋溶和降解后,处理组与对照组的土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量差异不显著,在室内湿润但无淋溶的环境条件下,氯酸钾使土壤微生物数量减少具有明显的剂量效应,但经过6个月左右的氯酸钾降解后,各处理的土壤微生物数量均恢复到与对照差异不显著。Soil ecological environment is becoming worse with more and more chemical and fertilizer putting into agricultural ecosystem. As a popular chemical regulators for flowering and fruiting of longan (Dimocxarpous Longanna) in presently, potassium chlorate is a kind of highly oxidizing substance with toxic effects which can bring about significant ecological risk. The effects of potassium chlorate on soil microbia population both in fields of out-of season longan orchard and in lab condition of indoors were studied. The results indicated that the number of soil fungus, soil actinomycin, soil bacterium population in out-of season longan orchard was not different significantly (P〈0.05) after applied chlorate one month late. But in the lab condition of indoor, the decreases in soil microbia population were corresponded with the concentration of chlorate treatment, and the toxic effective time of potassium chlorate on number of soil microbia population in doors last for about six months.
