摘 要:在室内条件下研究了硫肟醚在池塘水中的水解动力学及降解机理。结果表明,在相同温度和黑暗培养条件下,硫肟醚在池塘水中的降解速率较纯净水中快。硫肟醚在水中的降解遵循一级动力学方程,其在池塘水和纯净水中的水解速率常数分别为1.237×10-2和1.01×10-3,半衰期分别为56d和686d,说明池塘水中存在的各种微生物和总悬浮颗粒等物质对硫肟醚在水体中的降解具有催化促进作用。采用制备HPLC和LC-MS技术对硫肟醚水解产物进行分离和鉴定,初步推测硫肟醚在池塘水中的主要水解途径有醚键断裂、脱氯作用、S-脱甲硫基作用和硫醚氧化作用,其主要水解产物有:间苯氧基苯甲醛、1-(4-氯苯基)-2-(甲硫基)丙烷-1-亚胺、1-(4-氯苯基)-2-(甲基磺酰基)丙烷-1-亚胺、O-(3-苯氧苄基)-1-(4-羟基苯基)丙基酮肟醚、O-(3-苯氧苄基)-2-甲硫基-1-(4-羟基苯基)丙基酮肟醚和硫肟醚亚砜。The kinetics and mechanisms of novel pesticide HNPC-A9908 [O- (3-phenoxybenzyl)- 2-methylthio- 1-(4-chlorophenyl) propyl ketone oxime] hydrolysis in the pond water were investigated in the laboratory. Experimental results showed that HNPC-A9908 degraded faster in the pond water than in the pure water under the same condtions. The hydrolysis of HNPC-A9908 followed the first-order kinetics equation. The rate constant of HNPC-A9908 hydrolysis in the pond water and pure water was 1.237× 10^-2 and 1.01 × 10^-3, and the half-life 56 days and 686 days, respectively, suggesting that the microorganisms and substances such as total suspension particles in the pond water should enhance the hydrolysis of HNPC-A9908.Through isolation and identification of HPNC-A9908 hydrolytic products using preparative HPLC and LC-MS technique, it could be concluded that HNPC-A9908 degraded largely via the routes such as oxime ether cleavage, dechlorination, S-demethylation and oxidation of methylthio ether (C-S-CH3) in the pond water, and its main hydrolytic products were 3- benoxybenzaldehyde, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-methylthiopropan-1-imine, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl) propan -1- imine, O- (3- phenoxybenzyl)-l-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propyl ketone oxime, O- (3-phenoxybenzyl)-2-methylthio-l-(4-hydroxy- phenyl) propyl ketone oxime and HNPC-A9908 sulfoxide.
