网织血小板对急性非淋巴细胞性白血病化疗患者骨髓功能恢复的评价作用

摘　　要：目的探讨急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)化疗过程中外周血网织血小板(RP)判断骨髓造血功能早期恢复的临床价值。方法应用流式细胞仪、血细胞计数仪检测25例ANLL患者(ANLL组)化疗前、骨髓抑制期、骨髓恢复期及化疗后血小板计数(PLT)、网织血小板绝对值(RP)、网织血小板百分数(RP%),并与30例健康人(对照组)进行比较。结果ANLL组化疗前PLT、RP低于对照组,P均<0.05;RP%与对照组比较,P>0.05;骨髓恢复期RP、RP%高于骨髓抑制期及化疗后(P均<0.05),而PLT计数无显著改变(P>0.05);ANLL患者RP%与PLT呈负相关(r=-0.373,P<0.05)。结论与PLT比较,RP能更好的反映ANLL患者的骨髓恢复功能,并可指导临床治疗。Objective： To discuss the changes of reticulated platelet （RP）in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia （ANLL）patients during cbemotology and to study its clinical role in functional recover of bone marrow. Methods ： The platelet and the RP absolute value and its percentage of 25 ANLL patients were detected by flow cytometry and automated hematology analyzer, and compared with 30 healthy controls. Result： The platelet count and the.RP absolute value of acute leukemia patients before chemotoiogy were lower than those of normal controls （P〈0. 05）, while RP% had no difference between acute leukemia patients and normal controls （P〉 0. 05）. The RP and RP~ during the state of Bbone marrow recovery were higher than those in depression phase and after cytometry （P〈（0. 05）, while PLT has no significant difference （P〉0.05）. RP and RP% had negative correlation in acute leukemia patients （r=- 0. 373,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion. RP and RP% of ANLL patients changed dramatically in different stages during treatment. RP is better than PLT to indicate the bone marrow recovery and so as to guide the clinical treatment.
