北豆根总碱胶体溶液的制备及其治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床研究

摘　　要：目的寻找一种治疗女性尖锐湿疣(CA)的安全有效的药物及方法。方法采用北豆根总碱、蚕蛹复合氨基酸、铜绿等矿物质铬合制成胶体制剂自制成北豆根总碱胶体溶液并用于临床。49例女性CA患者(观察组)外用北豆根总碱胶体溶液涂搽去除疣体和阴道内冲洗、带药,1次/d,7d为1个疗程;对照组30例用CO2激光仪一次性去除外生疣体,α-干扰素100万U局部封闭,隔日1次,2周为一疗程。结果两组均达到首次治愈;随访8个月,观察组无复发,对照组复发19例(58.0%),两组复发率比较,P<0.01。结论北豆根总碱胶体溶液局部涂搽和阴道内冲洗、带药治疗CA疗效确切,并能降低复发率。Objective： To explore the role of colloid solution agent of Chinese herb＇s effective component of Menspermum dauricum on HPV and CA, and to explore the influence on its recurrent rate. Methods： Therapy group was external treated with the colloid solution agent containing total alkaloids of Menspermum dauricum to remove verruca by wiping, washing and with suppository in vagina once daily for 7 days as a period of treatment. Control group was removed etco-verruca by laser machine, and applied by α-interferon 1 000 000 U local blocking, once 2 days for 2 weeks. Results ： Follow-up for 8 months, there was no recurrence in therapy group and there were 19 cases （58.0%） recurred in control group. There was an obvious difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions： The total alkaloids of Menspermum dauricum can eliminate HPV and CA by wiping out, washing and suppository in vagina and decline it＇s recurrent rate.
