摘  要:W indows操作系统下的工控组态软件已经被越来越广泛地应用。W inCC作为目前较为流行的组态软件,具有实用性强、组态灵活等优点,但它的数据处理能力较弱。而MATLAB科学工程计算软件包进行复杂运算的效率很高,可以很容易地实现复杂控制算法。为了将MATLAB的科学计算功能和组态软件W inCC的人机交互功能相结合,发挥各自优势,提出了一种MATLAB和组态软件W inCC之间的通信方法。采用DDE技术来实现二者之间的数据交换。该方法具有编程效率高,实现方便,通用性强等特点。Configuration software under Windows operating system for process control has been widely used. As popular configuration software at present, WinCC possesses the advantages of powerful practicability and flexible configuration, but its ability of data processing is weak. While the scientific project calculation software, MATLAB, is efficient in complex calculation. With this software, the complex control algorithm can be implemented easily. To combine scientific calculating function of MATLAB with human-machine interactive function of configuration software WinCC and to exert each advantage, the communication method between MATLAB and configuration software WinCC is proposed. By using DDE technology, data exchange between MATLAB and WinCC is implemented. This method features efficient programming, convenient using and well generalization performance.
