摘　　要：四球摩擦试验机是石油化工领域中最常见的试验评定设备之一。着重介绍所在实验室对原有的四球摩擦试验机进行智能化升级改造，其核心是四球摩擦试验机的控制系统采用PLC控制模块来完成对设备的各个工作过程进行控制和监控，为四球摩擦试验机的控制形式提供了一种新的方法，并为组态可视化升级奠定了一定的基础。The Four-steel-hall frlctioning test-machine is one of the most familiar equipments for oil testing and assessing. In this thesis, it is discussed that the Four-steel-ball frlctioning test-machine, which our own lab has had, is updated and rebuilt intellectually, The center is that the control system of the Four-steel-ball frlctioning test-machlne applies PLC to control.ling and monitoring all processes of the equipment. The smart capability of working and stabilization of the PLC ensures satisfying effect ,and provides a new way of the control system of the Four-steel-ball frictioning test-machine and a basis of configurable and visual system for the equipment.
