落后地区初中校长战略管理能力诊断

摘　　要：学校战略管理指学校一系列性的管理决策和行动,其目标是指向组织的长期动作。落后地区初中校长战略管理能力存在如下问题:战略理解能力不强,环境扫描能力较差,生存性战略占主导地位,战略实施环节欠缺。落后地区初级中学校长应当在以上方面加强改进,提高自己的战略管理能力。The school strategic management indicates that schools have a serial of making- decisions and actions which aim at the long - term objectives of organizations. By our diagnosis, the ability of strategic management among junior secondary school headmasters in undeveloped areas, has some issues as follows： Weakening in ability of strategic understanding, worsening in ability of environment scanning, orientating by survival strategic and＇ lacking of procedures of strategic implementation. The headmasters should improve their leadership level and strengthen their strategic management ability.
