摘  要:在对云南大朝山水电厂机组的ABB公司UNITROL 5000数字式励磁调节器的电力系统稳定器(PSS)、漫湾电厂机组的南瑞集团SJ-800型励磁调节器的电力系统稳定器(PSS)进行初步理论计算研究的基础上,通过对其励磁系统进行在线无补偿频率特性的测量,分别提出了一组PSS参数,并详细进行了PSS电压阶跃响应试验、原动机功率突然改变时的反调试验、系统扰动试验,结果表明,这两组参数可以有效地阻尼系统低频振荡,具有良好的鲁棒性。大朝山电厂、漫湾电厂发电机组PSS投入运行后,对保证云南电网乃至南方电网安全稳定运行起到了重要作用。Based on the preliminary theoretical calculation and study of both the ABB - made UNITROL 5000 digital excitation regulator's power system stabilizer(PSS) of generating units in the Dachaoshan hydropower plant and the Nanrui Group- manufactured SJ- 800 excitation regulator's power system stabilizer(PSS) of generating units in the Manwan hydropower plant, the paper put forward a set of PSS parameters each by measuring of on- line uncompensated frequency characteristics of their respective excitation systems and by carrying out in detail the PSS voltage step response test, the counter regulation test at sudden change of the prime motor power and the system disturbance test. The test and study resuits show that the two sets of parameters can effectively damp low - frequency oscillation of the system and are of good robustness. The operation of the PSS of the generating units in both Dachaoshan and Manwan hydropower plants has been playing an important role in ensuring safe and stable operation of the Yunnan power grid and even the southern power grid.
