新型髌骨抓复固定器的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：为观察自行研制的新型髋骨抓复固定器的临床疗效,对26例髌骨骨折患者进行了临床观察。结果显示,用该固定器固定后患膝关节即刻可以屈伸90°以上者23例,占90%;1周内可屈伸膝关节90°以上者24例,占96.67%,治疗优良率达98.94%。表明新型髌骨抓复固定器治疗髌骨骨折具有操作简便、(可免于或少用X线透视、不需其他辅助设备)创伤小、固定后骨折稳定、可即刻或早期进行患膝关节活动等诸多优点,值得进一步推广应用。he clinical therapeutic effect of self-developed new patellar redactor-fixer(NPRF) was observed through the clinical observation of 26 cases of patellar fracture.The results showed that after the treatment by NPRF,23 cases(90 %) obtained immediate over-90°extenstion and flexion of the knee and 24 cases(96.67 %) obtained over-90°extenstion and flexion of the knee within one week after the treatment with an excellent-good rate of 98.94 %,suggesting that NPRF has many advantages,such as simple operation,no or less X-ray fluoroscopy,no need of other auxiliary appliances,little injury,allowance to make immediate or early knee exercises,etc,so it is worth further popularization.【
