摘 要:目的:探讨环境控制区洁净度的综合评价方法,使各洁净室的检测数据具有科学性和可比性。方法:收集2001~2004年福建省疾病预防控制中心对86家食品厂、制药厂、医疗单位、科研机构的683个洁净室尘埃粒子、沉降菌、浮游菌、风速、噪声、照度、温度、相对湿度、静压差等10项指标的检测数据,应用类似模糊数学综合评判方法,对级别、年度、地区、类别等四个方面进行综合分析,计算综合得分,以评价质量优劣。结果:各级别中30万级最优,2004年为各年度之冠,厦门居各地区首位,制药企业在各类别中最佳。结论:综合评价方法是一种较为准确、全面、实用的科学评价方法。Objective:To explore a synthetic evaluation method of the cleanliness in the controlled environmental zone. Methods:The data of 10 indicator,including airborne particle, colony forming unit, airborne viable particle, wind speed, noise, luminosity, temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure of 683 clean rooms in 86 packinghouses, pharmacies, iatrical units, think factories tested by FJDCD from 2001 to 2004 were collected and assessed synthetically with similar fuzzy mathematics from four sides: level,year, region and category. The total score shows t he quality. Result : Level 300000 ,2004, Xiamen and pharmacies are the best in the level, year, region and category respectively. Conclusion: The evaluation method mentioned relatively accurate,all-sided and applied.
