大口鲇抗菌相关蛋白的初步研究

摘　　要：对健康大口鲇皮肤分泌液蛋白组分进行了分析，SDS-PAGE电泳表明其中有17种蛋白质．用饱和硫酸铵分级沉淀法发现在20％～50％的饱和度之间沉淀出来的蛋白有抗菌活性．该抗菌蛋白对G^＋和G^-菌有广谱抗菌活性，在pH5～8范围内稳定，并且在100℃下作用10min后活性依然稳定．同时检测了患病大口鲇重要组织提取液的抗菌活性，为进一步研究健康大口鲇抗菌蛋白奠定了基础．The research analyzed protein oomposition of skin mucus from healthy Silurus meridionalis Chen. SDS-PAGE analysis suggested that there are 17 protein bands, the pellet precipitated by ammonium sulfate between 20%-50% saturation showed antibacterial activity. The antibacterial protein exhibited strong inhibition on the growth of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is stable between pH 5-8, furthermore, it is even stable after 10rain under 100℃. In addition, the activity of samples from some important tissues of a diseased Silurus meridionalis Chen was researched, which supplies a basis for further research about antibacterial proteins of Silurus meridionalis Chen.
