海南省高疟山区乡村医生和农场卫生员疟疾专业知识调查

摘　　要：作为疟疾社会经济研究内容之一，对海南高疟山区３个乡镇的乡村医生和２个国营农场的卫生员的疟疾专业知识进行了调查，结果表明其疟疾专业知识水平较低，显示这是当前疟防工作的薄弱环节，加强对基层卫生人员的疟疾专业知识培训是疟防工作的迫切任务之一。本文为今后有针对性的培训提供了参考。Special tests about malaria knowledge were carried out in village doctors of three Towns/townships and health workers of two state farms in three counties with a total of 101 persons in the hyperendemic areas of Hainan Province from 1992 to 1993.The contents containing a total of 17 questions covered all aspects of essential knowledge of malaria,i.e. pathogen, vector, transmission, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, drug administration and preventive measures. The average of correct response rate of the all participants was only 53.6%, and the average of wrong response rate was 19.9%. It is indicated that training and re-education is of the weak point in malaria control programme, and it is in urgent need to take a special course of malaria knowledge for village doctors and health workers in the endemic areas.
