摘 要:用夏氏、伯氏疟原虫血传感染小鼠,采尾血制薄血片,姬氏染色,计1万个红细胞内疟原虫感染数。结果不同虫种同等数量或同虫种不同数量原虫其红细胞感染率不同,均有高度显著性差异。昆明鼠对夏氏疟原虫不敏感;对伯氏疟原虫敏感度高,易接种成功。血传伯氏疟原虫以105红细胞感染数为宜,其红细胞感染率高,原虫密度上升速度较快,动物不易死亡。Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups and infected by blood inoculation with different dosage of Plasmodium chabaudi and P.berghei respectively.The thin film of tail blood was made and stained by Giemsa's method.Ten thousand of mouse erythrocytes were collected with their infection rates counted in order to survey the content of infection.It was found that the infection rate of erythrocyte was obviously different among 4 groups,not only in the same species induced with different dosages of parasites,but also in the different species induced with the same dosage.The Kunming mice were not sensitive to P.c.,but were of high susceptibility and easy to be inoculated with P.b..The suitable number of infection erythrocyte was 105 in number.The infection rate was high,and the mice were not easily killed.
