摘  要:预应力混凝土连续刚构桥有其自身的结构特点和施工技术,结合河南水磨湾大桥工程实例,探讨了预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的施工监测与仿真分析方法。通过建立有限元仿真分析模型,分析了预应力损失以及混凝土收缩徐变对箱梁应力状态的影响,计算了桥梁各个施工阶段应力和变形状态,与施工现场的实测数据进行了对比分析。经分析比较,可知对箱梁各节点不同施工阶段应力路径影响比较大的荷载有:施工荷载包括重力、挂篮、混凝土湿重等;预应力钢束一次张拉荷载;收缩一次作用以及徐变一次作用。施工荷载和预应力钢束张拉对顶、底板节点的影响是相反的,而其他荷载对它们的影响是同向的。得出了桥梁关键部位在荷载作用下随施工阶段的应力变化路径和挠度,使悬臂施工的梁桥达到了设计要求的合理成桥状态,总结了施工监控的规律。The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has its special structural features and construction technologies. In combination with the Shuimowan Bridge Project in Henan Province, the methods of construction monitoring tests and simulation analysis are explored. The FEM simulation model is established. The influence of losses of prestressed forces and creeping of concrete shrinkage on stresses of boxgirders is analyzed. The stresses and deformation of the bridge in different construction stages are calculated. The calculated results are compared with the field test results. It is seen that the loads having significant influence on the stress paths at all box girder nodes in different construction phases include the construction loads of the gravity, hanging basket and wet weight of concrete and onetensioning, onecontraction and onecreeping of prestressed wire bundles. Construction loads and tension loads imposed on prestressed wire bundles go opposite with regard to their influence on top and bottom plate nodes, whereas the influence of other loads on them is of the same direction. The stress and deformation paths and deflection of the critical parts of the bridge structure under various loads in different construction stages are gained. The bridge constructed by the cantilever method reaches the design requirement for the finishing state of the bridge.
