摘　　要：就大学生就业指导状况进行了问卷调查,分析了毕业生择业和高校就业指导工作中存在的问题,提出了突出就业指导的作用和地位,引导毕业生树立正确的择业观,加强就业指导的课程建设,做到三改革两结合一提高等措施。Questionaires are handed out about the employment guidance situation upon college students. In this paper, the exsiting problems in the employment of college students and the current employment guidance education are analyzed, and such countermeasures are put forward as outstanding the function and position of employment guidance, leading the undergraduates to establish right employment outlook, strengthening the discipline building of employment guidance, and achieving 3 changes, 2 combination, and 1 improvement.
