摘  要:采用文献资料法,对人体脊柱的生物力学特性的研究现状及存在问题进行简要综述,并对人体脊柱的研究进行了展望。研究表明:脊柱的解剖结构与其受力相适应;脊柱的活动范围与其解剖结构、年龄、锻炼等有关,各解剖结构对其活动范围的影响不尽相同,其中后部结构对脊柱的活动范围影响较大;脊柱在不同姿势时承受的载荷差异很大,在久坐及运动中更为明显,这可能是导致脊柱病的重要原因之一。Adopting the law of documents and materials, this paper reviewed the current situation of study on biomechanics characteristic of the human spine, discussed the existing problem, and made prospect on future research. Studies have shown: Dissection instead of meet strength structure of spine; The scope of activities of the spine has something to do with dissecting the structure, age, doing exercises etc., it is not the same to each dissect the impact on its scope of activities of the structure, among them the rear structure exerts a great influence on scope of activities of the spine; The load that the spine bears in different postures is widely different, more obvious in sitting for a long time and sports, this may be one of the important reasons which cause spine disease.
