金葡液注射液生物测定的实验研究

摘　　要：金葡液原名骨折愈合刺激素，是金葡菌代谢产物经处理制成的注射液，属一新生物制品，其生物测定是将家兔双侧挠骨中段刺成骨折模型，通过￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ（锝）骨显像检查，测定骨折部位延迟相骨摄取率，给药侧与对照侧的比值（Ｒ／Ｌ）不得低于１．２５。Staphylococcus aureus injection is made of a metabolic product of the germs.Fracture healing stimulin was its oringinal name. It is determined biologically in rab- bits with fractures at the middle of bilateral tibia,by 99mTc bone scan examination of three times. The(delayed scan)bone uptake rate(R/L)of the experimental side should not be less than 1.25 in comparision with the control side.
